Join us for The Brookfield Wellness Festival to be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Brookfield High School Gymnasium. Vendors in the health care and wellness category are welcome to reserve booth space as well as recreational categories.
The times of the event will be from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm for students and faculty and 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm for the community, Chamber members, friends and guests.
Cost to reserve a booth is $100.00. If you need an application please call the Chamber at 203-775-8282 or email to Susan@brookfieldchamber.org.
